FAQ’s
Do you have questions? We have answers!
How are services being provided during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Services are currently being provided both in-person (in office) and virtually via telehealth (online chat, video, or phone). All persons scheduled for appointments in-person (in office) will undergo a brief screening to include temperature check and assessment. Face coverings/Masks will be required upon entry and throughout the duration of the session.
What can I expect to happen in my first session?
In your first session, your therapist will speak with you to gather information about your personal history and background. As you are comfortable, you will share the concern(s) that led you to seek therapy services. You may also be asked to complete some paperwork if you hadn’t done so prior to the first session.
How long should I expect to be in therapy?
At J2L CCS, we will work with you to develop a plan that includes your identified needs, goals, and treatment objectives. How long you are in therapy depends on the nature of the problems identified and the course of treatment that is mutually selected to be most effective. We want to work with you so that you get the most out of your therapeutic experience.
How long are the sessions?
Most individual therapy sessions may last from 45 to 60 minutes.
Am I able to schedule sessions with my therapist on the weekend?
All J2L CCS therapists maintain a flexible schedule of appointments with availability throughout the weekday and on weekends in order to accommodate our clients’ needs.
How is payment for services accepted?
Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. J2L CCS will work with all clients to determine payment options that are mutually agreed upon so that each client is able to get the care he/she needs.
We accept payments made by credit card or cash.
Most insurance companies will cover the cost of services. Contact your insurance company to find out the type of benefit coverage you have and/or if you will have any out-of-pocket costs associated with your services.
